I would like to know if anyone can send me a list of questions which would help in understing the customer's satisfaction, perception and understanding of the BS7799 measures we take in an organisation.

OK. What I want to know is how to calculate the satisfaction level of a customer with regard to the various ISMS initiatives taken by an organisation to meet the customers security requirement. The satisfaction average in comparison to the importance of each of the 10 controls.
