Smile I would like to know if anyone can send me a list of questions which would help in understing the customer's satisfaction, perception and understanding of the BS7799 measures we take in an organisation.

"customer's satisfaction, perception and understanding of the BS7799 measures we take in an organisation"

You might need to be a little more specific here.

Who are 'we'? An outside body or an internal security department?

Who is 'customer'? The rest of the organization, external 'real' customers, the organization's security department (if 'we' is an outside consultancy)?

Do you see the problem? I think you'll need to set the scenario a little more precisely to get a good response.

Unless, of course, anyone has any 'generic' customer satisfaction questions which might fit the bill generally?

OK. What I want to know is how to calculate the satisfaction level of a customer with regard to the various ISMS initiatives taken by an organisation to meet the customers security requirement. The satisfaction average in comparison to the importance of each of the 10 controls.
