Hi
I hope someone can help. I am taking my CISSP exam on Saturday and am just going through some revision questions only to discover loads of questions on HIPAA. HIPAA was not covered in the study materials I used and suggested that all US specific questions had been removed. Does anyone know if this is true as I may be in big trouble if I hit on these questions?

As far as I know the US specific law and regulation section has been removed from the exam. Is your study material current. Where are u attempting the questions at??

I took the exam and passed. I can confirm that HIPAA was NOT on the exam.

I used the Shon Harris All in One guide as my primary study material and it covered everything on the exam Very Happy

HIPAA was not included when I took it in 2004, and I think it is still not included.
